A colleague asked me "How come at your age you can still run long distances without hurting your knees? What supplements do you take"
I told him that I don't take any supplements because the knee pain due to running is normally due to poor running form and not due to deficiency of supplements
I use the Pose running method which helps a lot in minimising running injuries
Hey, hang on, what did he mean by "AT YOUR AGE"? Was that a honest question or was he just trying to diss me?
