If a tree falls in the forest and there's nobody's there to hear it does it make a sound? If a runner just ran and didn't share his/her run on all the social networks does it count? 10km long run Started at 11am and it was already hot and humid. Just a good example of how much heat affects performance. My heart was racing even when I jogged slowly. I guess my body was trying to lower my core temperature by pumping more blood. Anyway I saw a TED talk video which says that running can help generate new brain cells. All that hard work really paid off. This is my best HM so far. I felt calm and relaxed the whole way. I had no cramps at all. Amazing! I even felt so full of energy after collecting my medal.
