Isn't it strange that the term for speed play is Fartlek which is a Swedish word Shouldn't it be a Kenyan word or something. I bet the Kenyans have tons of words for different run trainings in their own language Me, I have tons of words that I use to describe the Nike plus app. Most of them I can't use in polite company 😡👎🐞🕷🐜💩 #nikeplus #nikefuel #runner #slowkidsofinstagram #instarunners
