Interval run 3 x work 4 min in zone 4-5 recover 6 min in zone 3 One thing I noticed when running uphill during interval run is that it programs my subconscious to attack hills which is the wrong thing to do in a race Probably I should practice doing the fast interval running downhill and do the recovery going uphill #runner #nikefuel #nikeplus #nikerunning #slowkidsofinstagram #instarunners
